==Description== Inspect your V at high quality detail levels like never before! Key features: *Zoom in/out the Player paperdoll preview in the Character Creation/Customization, Inventory, Statistics, *Crafting*, Wardrobe and Vendor menus. *Move/scroll the preview on screen for better detail viewing. (*) Game gen 1 only as garment crafting is removed in the game gen 2. What it does: *It allows to zoom in and out the Player paperdoll preview in the supported menus to high level details closeups. *The mod dynamically adjusts the preview properties to allow higher zoom levels and resolutions that the game defaults. *It allows to move/scroll the paperdoll preview to center view (focus) on different body parts. What it does not do: *It does not provide full, free camera control due to the game design. Instead it works on predefined views that are switched dynamically when zooming/scrolling. *It does not redesign the game's user interface neither input controls. *It does not alter any visible properties of the player preview paperdoll or any item, including their appearances, animations, scene lighting, etc. How it works: Keyboard and Mouse Controls: *Zoom in/out using your mouse scroll wheel. *Move/scroll the Player puppet preview using directional keys (usually WASD) or by dragging it with the mouse (vertical drag only with the mouse). In Inventory and Wardrobe previews, where the game uses the mouse for horizontal rotation of the paperdoll, you can press and hold the left shift key to temporarily disable the mouse rotation while scrolling the paperdoll up and down. This prevents perceived 'shaky' scrolling. Gamepad Controls (Experimental): *Zoom in/out using the left d-pad up/down buttons. *Move/scroll the Player puppet preview using the right stick (the one used to look around in the world). Please note the gamepad support is still experimental as I could not test it on a real pad. For this reason the gamepad support is NOT enabled in default settings. To enable the gamepad support please visit the mod menu window. Mod menu UI window: *The mod provides a menu window where you can adjust settings to your needs. *The window is titled "Paperdoll Zoom" *The window is available in the CET overlay - press your CET overlay activation key to access the window. Notes: Zooming and scrolling are only active when the cursor is in a safe action area on the screen. A screen area is safe for the mod's actions if there is no active UI elements behind the cursor that would react to the mod's controls. E.g. the center part of the screen in the Character Customization menu. Please note that due to the game's design, gamepad safe areas are often narrower than when using the mouse as buttons on screen react to the d-pad up/down buttons while they ignore the mouse wheel. Vertical scrolling functions in all the supported menus, although keyboard control may be sometimes limited (see Limitations for more details). Horizontal scrolling is designed to be available only in the Inventory and Statistics menus. Limitations: Currently, if Exuipment-EX mod is found active, high quality zooming is not available in the Inventory and the Wardrobe menus modified by that mod to prevent conflicts it introduced by changing the game's design. As explained in the Compatibility Note. The Character Creation/Customization, Statistics and Vendor menus are not limited. Paperdoll position scrolling works in increments rather than free moves due to some camera control limitations and the paperdoll preview scene design. These control limitations also apply to zooming which works on predefined scenes (fixed camera position, rotation and target) instead of free-camera style adjustments. This may sometimes result in weird geometry or other artifacts at extreme zoom levels. Mouse paperdoll scroll does not support horizontal moves as they're reserved for rotation by the game's design. You can use keyboard/pad buttons to perform this action in menus supporting horizontal scrolling. In the Vendor menu paperdoll preview, the W and S keys are inactive due to the game's design. You can use your mouse/pad to scroll the paperdoll up and down. Crafting menu paperdoll preview is not available in the game gen 2 as per the game design (removed by the game developer). In the game gen 1, in the Crafting menu, the paperdoll rotation does not work as per the game design. This mod has a feature to enable the rotation; however, it does not support mouse (only keyboard/pad buttons work). As this is an experimental feature, it is not enabled by default. Please visit the mod's menu UI Window to enable it. If you encounter any overlapping control issues, please disable it. In the game gen 1, in the Crafting menu, the mod's safe active area is also limited by the presence of the Craft button and its surroundings, and it's even more limited when using a gamepad due to the game's UI issues in this menu. For the best results move your cursor into the clear part of the paperdoll preview area and observe button hints to learn if the current cursor position allows the mod to zoom/scroll the paperdoll. The mod's button hints (icons and description row at the bottom of the screen hinting active controls) don't show up in the Character Creation/Customization and the Vendor menus, even though the actual controls are active. If you reload CET scripts, the mod will require a game reload to reactivate. If you reload CET scripts while previewing the paperdoll, you should reload the game to restore the papedoll properties, otherwise it may not appear next time you visit the menu. Compatibility Info: *Created and developed in the game v1.52 to v2.0PhL range. *Full feature set tested against v1.63 to 2.0+ range. *Not fully tested against earlier versions. While it's based on the Inventory Zoom, it cannot actively coexist with this mod as they would compete for the same resources and controls. In a bid to avoid conflicts, this mod will disable itself if it senses the Inventory Zoom active. This mod follows the game's design and heavily relies on its built-in model definitions, mechanics and the user interface design. If you use this mod alongside others that alter the game's fundamentals or the UI design, the results may vary depending on the changes made by those other mods. If you use mods that alter the game's code or files in a way that deviates from the developer's original design, it may lead to unexpected outcomes. My mod relies on the default code and files, and if they have been altered, it might result in behavior that differs from its intended functionality. If in such cases you'll find the final results unacceptable or falling short of your expectations, there is nothing I can do about it as the game compatibility is negatively affected by the other mods. Install or update: *automatic - use Vortex manager. Please note it may sometimes not work properly due to the Vortex issues. *manual - drop extracted folders into your game folder. Allow to overwrite files if asked. Uninstall: *automatic - use Vortex manager if it was installed by Vortex. *manual - remove the file and folder: **<code>"...\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod\! Paperdoll zoom.archive"</code> **<code>"...\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\paperdoll_zoom"</code> Credits: *First and foremost, a big thanks to keanuWheeze/NexusGuy999 for the Inventory Zoom, sharing his game research and for allowing me to release this mod. *This mod would not exist without his fundamental findings. *Thanks to psiberx for his game research, code snippets, coding advices, tips and tireless support. *yamashi and the whole CET Team for the Cyber Engine Tweaks
