==Description==
Ever wanted to live in the middle of the ocean, away from Raiders, Gunners, everyone?  Well now is your chance, this mod adds a settlement in the middle of the ocean built on a barge. 

Dryland Settlement comes equipped with a Two, yes Two, working workshops.  One workshop is for the Barge which sits just across from Spectacle Island, you will find 40 water included and 6 plants ready to be worked by your settlers, you will also find a tool box next to the workshop filled with enough supplies to get you started.

Included is a working BOS Vertibird landing pad.  Your Vertibird will land on it when coming to the barge from the Commonweath, when returning throw your flair on the middle of the barge and the Vertifbird will land on the landing pad.

Dryland Settlement comes with a second workshop in a bunker, it is also a full workshop, you will find sitting beside the hatch on the inside a tool box with enough supplies to get you started.  You can add a settlement beacon but I would suggest you only leave followers or very few as its mainly in my mind made for a workshop.

You will find the Bunker door at the top of the stairs beside the landing pad for the Vertibird.

Also you will find many animations around the outside settlement, feeding fish, sitting on edge of barge, leaning on water tank, leaning on the steps of landing pad to help make  your settlement seem more alive.  Enjoy!!
