Weapons all level up too fast, need to tune ''XPRequired'' in ''wpn_*_weapon.config''

Weapon upgrades need overhauled. A lot of unused stuff (Cards and Raritanium droprates from R&C 2016), in ''wpn_*_mod.config''

Weapon damage is quite low. Damage values in ''wpn_*_weapon.config'' seem on par with other weapons, so it could just be due to poor/unused upgrades.

Unfortunately I didn't have the foresight to keep track of what stringID I replaced with what (eg. <code>JRZK_ZURK_ARENA_GAMEPLAY_MULTIEMITTER_045 = WEAPON_SHEEPINATOR_DESC</code>), so that will need done if a better localization tool is made.
