Removes all (or most) non-story related black NPCs, keeps whites and asians (+some tanned asians).
Installation[edit | edit source]
Put StarfieldCustom.ini into \Documents\My Games\Starfield
Move the actors folder into \Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data\Textures\
Author tried packing to ba2 but has issues, reuploading when it works.
