Censorship fixed:

The scene that shows Daisy Duck spanking Donald Duck's bottom was modified for the International release. In the International version it shows Daisy Duck talking to Donald Duck.
The scene that shows Axel's suicide attack was modified for the International release. In the International version the amount of flames that was shown surrounding Axel, were reduced.
The scene that shows Sora fighting the Hydra was modified for the International release. In the International version the green blood was changed to a black mist.
Any scene that shows the undead pirates was modified for the International release. In the Japanese version the undead pirates use rifles, in the International version the undead pirates use crossbows
The scene where Will Turner threatens to commit suicide was modified for the International release. In the International versions any reference to suicide was removed.
The scene that shows Jack Sparrow staggering back with a sword in his chest, was modified for the International release. In the International versions the sword was digitally removed.

Download KHPCPatchManager.exe
Double-click the exe and choose the patch (to be downloaded first) with "Select patch"
Click "Apply patch" and choose the game's install folder
Confirm and the patch will apply (takes roughly 20 minutes)
Once done, enjoy!
