Description
The Bikini Bottom Massacre is:
- A Spongebob-themed Doom II total conversion parody mod for use with GzDoom
- A dark and comedic story about Squidward's fall into insanity
- That's pretty much it
Here's the basic premise:
- "When Squidward is let go of his job at the Krusty Krab, his dissatisfaction with life is at its zenith. After years of torment from his buffoon neighbours, Spongebob and Patrick, Squidward decides to take his life into his own hands". The story goes from there, with multiple slideshows punctuating the levels detailing Squidward's rampage throughout the city. Oh, and you play as Squidward, of course.
Maps: There's thirteen in total, one of which being a secret, and one being an epilogue level. Two others are purely boss levels, leaving 9 'regular' levels. Some levels revolve totally around one specific Spongebob locations, whereas others include no specific locations from the show, though all levels take some inspiration.
