DescriptionEdit
Changes the NCR into Soviets.
Standalone Soviet Armors Location: Goodsprings - Between the cart and utility pole near the general store (see screenshots for more info)
Install: Extract into your Data directory.
Uninstall: Remove the NCRU.esp from your Data directory. Then go to Meshes/Texture folders and remove both CCCPUniform folders.
