Description
Removes all (or most) non-story related black NPCs, keeps whites and asians (+some tanned asians). This kills the niggers!
Installation
Put StarfieldCustom.ini into \Documents\My Games\Starfield
Move the actors folder into \Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data\Textures\
Author tried packing to ba2 but has issues, reuploading when it works.
