Simply merged two performance increasing ini-files to minimize clutter (...as far as that goes with this game but... you know... best effort and all that...)
Found "Remove traffic - FPS boost for CPU bottleneck" made by Chungus - uploaded by makagulfazel1. This wasn't really OC but really a pick and mix of stuff from "INI settings and EXE parameters list" made by infogram and uploaded by stoker25.
Merged with "Stuttering improvements" by Tom Servo and in turn uploaded by throumbas to keep my damn amount of mods at least below 100 by just putting all these values in a single ini-file.
