A very simple alternate portrait I created with photo-manipulation and advanced grafting science. I have no idea why anyone would want this, and I made it as a joke following the request of Fluch. Octavia's hair is very hard to work with and "graft" and the detailing is awful as a result of that.
Install as any other custom portrait (\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Wrath Of The Righteous\Portraits\####) as explained in the game when using custom portraits.
Then use the excellent Visual Adjustments mod to change the portraits (and other things) of companions, if that is what you want to do, available here. To change the skin color, face, hair, etc., of existing companions, go to Doll in Visual Adjustments and create a new one for them.
