A huge problem with TWW3, is that the AI will rarely upgrade their main settlement buildings past tier 2, and I’ve never seen them once go beyond tier 3.
What this does, is it will automatically upgrade the AI’s main settlement building after a set number of turns. The higher the upgrade tier, the longer it will take for it to be upgraded.
If the settlement is sacked/razed/taken, the turn timer will reset. To go from t1 to t5, it will take 29 consecutive turns without the settlement being attacked.
Woodelves will take a fair bit longer, as their settlements are much better than everyone else’s.
This is multiplayer compatible, save game compatible, and will work with pretty much any mod.
